  • Design – We have more RCDD’s per 100 employees than most companies in our industry. The RCDD designation takes years to acquire, after substantial industry experience, in-depth training and knowledge-testing by BICSI’s rigorous written exam. We also have an in-house CAD department using the most advanced engineering tools to design high-performing systems with room to grow. Both allow us to design, develop and install the ideal, customized system for each customer.
  • Warranty – We provide long-term warranties to the original purchaser on all passive network components. (All active equipment provided by us is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.)
  • Certifications and Extended Warranties – To better serve customers, our people have earned a large number of manufacturer and industry certifications. We have more manufacturer-certified technicians than most companies to properly install systems and certify systems-and qualify you for extended component warranties. In addition, close relationships with major manufacturers help us quickly resolve availability and warranty issues.
  • Quotes and Project Management – Our separate inside sales department and certified project managers ensure faster quoting, dedicated project management and meeting customer and prospect needs better and more quickly.

  • Documentation – NetPlanner Systems’ as-built deliverables – a complete documentation package, laminated CAD drawings for posting near racks, test results for eliminating variables, engraved labeling placards for patch panels for faster troubleshooting, etc. – are the most comprehensive in the industry.
